About me

I'm Deena - A Catholic Wife. 

I am a Catholic wife, mother, and grandmother who shares my love of Traditional Catholicism, the Vetus Ordo missae, Sacramental marriage, motherhood, and homemaking with the hope of encouraging other Catholics to know, love, and serve the Lord. 

My husband and I are both cradle Catholics who returned to the Church (we never formally left the Church but we definitely were not practicing our shared faith) about 

18 years ago. 

We both started out in the Novus Ordo Missae and now by the Grace of God have fully transitioned our family to attending the Latin Mass (Vetus Ordo) exclusively. 

It is my passion to help other Catholics (especially Catholic wives) better understand our shared faith and honor our vocation through the lens of tradition. 

It is my deepest desire to serve the Lord by helping other Catholic women to be better Catholic wives and mothers and grandmothers. 

To completely embrace traditional Catholicism. 

To love, honor, and submit to their husbands out of their profound love of Jesus Christ. 

To serve their families, take care of their homes, and educate their own children. 

I have always found the model of Our Lady as a wife and a mother (as well as the Titus 2 woman) to be a tremendous source of inspiration in my mission to help other Catholic wives. 

"The aged women, in like manner, in holy attire, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teaching well: 

That they may teach the young women to be wise, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, sober, having a care of the house, gentle, obedient to their husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed." 

Titus 2:3-5
